Adopting mutual trust and sustainable cooperation between academics and industrialists as one of its main objectives, Yıldız TTO offers support services covering the commercialization of inventions and innovative products resulting from scientific research and their conversion to the benefit of society, the national economy and the university. Believing in the importance of 'disruptive innovation', Yıldız TTO has supported and continues to support many projects that are the exact equivalent of this definition. Disruptive innovation, a theory developed by Harvard Business School Professor and leading name in innovation in the world, Clayton M. Christensen, refers to the practice of companies offering a new service to a market that has no competitors, or of a market leader focusing on untapped customer segments. Technology transfer is a mechanism that supports disruptive innovation. Yıldız TTO also continues on its way by achieving notable successes in the light of the requirements of 'disruptive innovation'.

Patent and Licensing: The Patent and Licensing Unit supports all segments such as businesses, researchers and students, primarily researchers, faculty members and students of Yıldız Technical University, in the protection of intellectual property rights. And also contributes to awareness-raising efforts and provides licensing and commercialisation services.
International Projects Unit: The International Projects Unit;
IPA Project Coordination Unit: IPA Project Coordination Office is an organisation that manages the planning, management, coordination and development of funded projects. It also supports business development by submitting bids for direct procurement or tenders. Promotes co-operation and co-ordination between projects to ensure the effective use of grant funds and the successful implementation of projects.
